Terms of Service

Live Gaming Guide ("we," "us," "the Service") is a schedule and discovery site for Twitch and YouTube streamers. This page is a plain-language, good-faith summary of the terms that govern your use of the Service.

1. What the Service does

Live Gaming Guide lets streamers publish their streaming schedule — dates, times, games, guests, and whether a stream is sponsored, supports a charity, or includes a giveaway — and lets viewers browse and search that schedule. Viewers do not need an account to browse, search, or view schedules.

2. Accounts

You can create an account only by signing in with a Twitch or Google account. We don't offer password-based sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your Twitch/Google account secure, since access to it grants access to your Live Gaming Guide account.

3. Your content

If you publish a schedule, you're responsible for its accuracy — the times, games, guest information, and any sponsor, charity, or giveaway details you provide. Don't publish anything illegal, impersonate another person or streamer, or misuse the guest-invite feature to add someone without their consent (accepted guest invites are shown on your stream; declined or pending invites are not).

4. Sponsor, charity, and giveaway links

Live Gaming Guide does not process payments, run giveaways, or verify sponsor or charity claims. Any sponsor, charity, or giveaway details a streamer adds to a stream are that streamer's representation, not ours. Links to external sponsor or charity sites are provided as a convenience; we aren't responsible for what happens on those sites.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove an account or its content if it violates these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; to request deletion of your account and data, contact us (see Section 8).

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedule information published by streamers is accurate.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
